Gift Bag Wall Art

Have a birthday party to plan?  I found a great way to decorate for parties that is cheap and easy!

DIY Birthday Party Decor

I found these gift bags at ROSS for $4.  That means that each piece of wall art was only $2!

For this project, I used large gift bags that would fit into a 16″ x 20″ frame.  For smaller frames, you could use a smaller gift bag.

The best thing about using gift bags for your birthday party decor?  There are a ton of different designs and color schemes that will work with any party theme.

Gift Bag Wall Art Tutorial

Lie your gift bag on a table and cut the front side of the bag and remove the ribbon handles.

Place the cut piece of the gift bag into the frame.  If the piece doesn’t quite fit into the frame, cut the excess so it will fit flat into the frame.

Easy peesy, right!?
