Memorial Day Cookout
We’re gearing up for lots of fun patriotic party ideas. Kicking off the season for red, white, and blue is Memorial Day! For this table, we filled a Radio Flyer wheelbarrow with chocolate chip cookies to use as a centerpiece.
You can find the how-to for these fun bottle aprons from our previous post here. They are a fun way to jazz up your drinks. Then grab your favorite red candies (we love twizzlers!) and put them in a glass vase or apothecary jar (we found this one at Michaels). This is a fun treat for the kids (or adults!).
Also check out our newly launched Hostess Gift Guide – they have some great patriotic platters, plates, chip ‘n dips, etc. that are perfect for the upcoming season!

So cute!!!!
I love the watermelon candles… too cute. What a great way to incorporate the bottle aprons. And the Radio Flyer wheelbarrow tops off the table perfectly.
We are having a bbq! I know watermelon is a must, but I haven’t planned the rest of the menu. I better get on it. Great party tips!
Love it! That wheelbarrow is too cute! You should check out the free printable party flags I just posted on my blog. They would be perfect with this theme!
What fabulous (and simple) ideas! Love it!
Hope you enjoy your long weekend!
