St. Patrick’s Day Lucky DIY Decor

March 3, 2012 by Camille 3 Comments

Lucky Free Printable and St. Patrick’s Day Decor

If you didn’t see the free St. Patrick’s Day printable I posted a few days ago, make sure to make a copy for yourself.  I wasn’t planning on decorating for St. Patrick’s day, but decided that I might as well after I found some darling green decorations.

Can you guess what just might be my favorite find?  The large wooden decorated clothespin of course!  I picked this up in the dollar bins at Michaels while waiting in line.  I think it is perfect for holding a printable or picture that is relevant to the holiday.  I’m going to keep my eye out for more colors to fit in with other holidays and seasons.

What’s your favorite style?  I like the tan background Lucky printable slightly over the green Lucky printable.  I think it is because this arrangement already has plenty of green and the lighter color helps balance it out.

Hi Camille! Love your St. Patrick’s Day DIY Decor. Can you tell me what is in the vase as well as what you used to make the ‘ball’ (I know they must have an actual name, but it escapes me!) Thanks for sharing all of your great ideas!

Thank you! 🙂 I picked up both the vase filler and decorative balls at a local craft store. The vase filler is small styrofoam balls.

All of this looks great! Don’t you love those vase filler beads? I love the colors you can find them in. I hope you’ll link up to my St. Patty’s Day Project Parade.
