Nothing Happier than Sonic Drinks, Sprinkles, & Playing at the Park

I love to actively think about the things in life that make me happy.  I love the new nothing happier series.  It gives me the opportunity to ponder the things that make me happy, why they make me happy, and remind me to enjoy those little happy things.

Check out last’s weeks post that kicked off the series of nothing happier.  It explains what happiness is all about to me and my quest to find happiness in my life.

Here is this week’s list of things that make me happy:

Sonic Drinks

Nothing makes me happier than Sonic drinks. 

A trip to Sonic to get a Route 44 Diet Coke with lemon is always a satisfying way to enjoy the day.  I don’t know how Sonic does it, but nothing beats this treat.  I like to schedule my errands between 2-4 (Happy Hour at Sonic) and I usually find myself “unexpectedly” in the vicinity of Sonic quite frequently.  One of the best Christmas gift’s I have ever received was a Sonic drink sticker which lets me get discounted drinks at any hour.

Sprinkles

Nothing makes me happier than sprinkles.

Sprinkles are oh so cute.  They come in all different shapes, sizes, and colors.  The nonpareil sprinkles are my favorite because they are tiny, come in bright colors, and look like little polka dots.  Everything looks cuter with sprinkles – cupcakes, sugar cookies, you name it. They are simple.  They are colorful.  They are fun.  I love sprinkles!

Playing at the Park

Nothing makes me happier than playing at the park with my kids.

I love to take the kids to the park and let them run around.  I love to hear the laughter and happiness of children enjoying the beautiful weather and making new friends.

Playing outside is what being a kid is all about.  Listening to the happiness and laughter of your children is what being a parent is all about.
